Terms of Use
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Welcome to Retail Hub (the "Platform"). These terms are an agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and Stardust (Shenzhen) Consulting Co., Ltd. ("we") about using the Platform. By signing in and using the Platform you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. The service
The Platform provides cross-border trade collaboration for brands and channel partners, including product and product-information management, channel ordering, order review, invoices and settlement, payment proofs and shipping information, files and messages. The features available are those open on the Platform at the time.
In a transaction the platform operator handles matching, the relay of payments, and settlement. The channel partner pays the platform operator, and the platform operator settles with the brand after deducting the agreed commission. The details follow the commercial arrangement the parties have confirmed in writing.
2. Accounts and security
- Accounts are opened by Stardust or an administrator of your organization. Only the invited person may use an account, and it may not be transferred, lent or shared.
- Keep your password and email safe. If an account is misused or you see an unusual sign-in, change the password at once and tell us.
- Under the rules, some roles must use two-step verification and some sensitive actions need an email code. These protect you and your organization and must not be bypassed.
- An organization's owner is responsible for opening, re-leveling and disabling that organization's members, and should deal with accounts promptly when someone leaves or changes role.
3. Rules for using the Platform
- You must make sure the information you enter, including organization details, product information, quotes and addresses, is true, accurate and lawful, and keep it up to date.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' intellectual property or trade secrets, and do not upload viruses or malicious code.
- Upload only what the business needs in payment proofs, shipping documents and other files. Do not upload personal bank accounts, identity documents or other sensitive personal information unrelated to the business. If a document contains such information, cover the unrelated parts first.
- Do not scan, stress-test or scrape the Platform without permission, and do not bypass access controls to reach others' data.
4. Orders, payment and settlement
An order takes effect after the channel partner submits it and the platform operator reviews it. The amount and currency are those shown by the system at submission and confirmed by you. If a price or currency changes after an item was added to the cart, the system asks you to confirm again before you submit.
Invoices and settlement statements generated by the Platform follow the system's records. The status of payment, payment confirmation, shipping and receipt follows each party's recorded actions on the Platform. You are responsible for the truth of the proofs you upload and the shipping details you enter.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform's software, interface design, trademarks and related documents belong to us or the relevant right holders and may not be copied, modified or used for other purposes without permission. You or your organization keep the rights to the product information, images and files you upload, and you allow us to store and process them, and show them to authorized trading counterparties, to the extent necessary to provide the service.
6. Personal information and privacy
We handle your personal information under the Privacy Policy, including cross-border transfer. Cross-border transfer needs your separate consent. You can withdraw it at any time, but after that you cannot keep using the Platform.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Platform stable, but we may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades or force majeure, and will give notice where we can. The Platform is currently in a trial period, so features and screens may change.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by the parties to a transaction themselves (such as wrong information, late payment, goods quality or transport problems), by failures of third-party services, or by force majeure. Our liability for the service is limited to the related fees you have paid, unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms or the law, or an account poses a security risk, we may suspend or terminate the account and reserve the right to hold you responsible. If your organization stops using the Platform, its accounts are disabled and business records are handled under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The new version is published on this page with its update date, and we notify you of major changes on the Platform or by email. If you keep using the Platform after a change, you accept the changed terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of these terms, excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The parties first try to settle any dispute through friendly consultation. If that fails, it is submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction where we are located.
